SLB has signed an agreement to acquire Kelvion, a global thermal management and heat exchange technologies provider, to expand its Data Center Solutions business and strengthen its role in AI data center infrastructure. The deal values Kelvion at approximately $3.4 billion in cash plus the assumption of about $0.7 billion of debt, and is expected to close in the first half of 2027.

SLB to Acquire Majority Ownership in Aker Carbon Capture
