Sorren Acquires Healthworks

Sorren announced that Healthworks, a healthcare consulting firm with more than 20 years of experience in valuation, litigation support and hospital-physician integration, has joined Sorren. The acquisition expands Sorren’s healthcare advisory and expert witness capabilities, adding deep expertise in physician compensation, trauma services, and litigation support to Sorren’s national advisory platform.
