Sourcepass has acquired Network Solutions and Technology, Inc. (NST) and closed a $70MM funding round led by Metropolitan Partners Group with participation from Wedge Venture Partners and angel investors. NST’s ~155 employees and multi-state footprint will serve as a growth platform for Sourcepass as it scales its managed IT services for SMB customers across North America.
