Spring Health Acquires Alma

Spring Health announced it acquired Alma, a membership-based platform enabling independent mental health clinicians to accept insurance and build in-network private practices. The combination is designed to create a “lifelong” mental health platform by integrating Spring Health’s AI-native technology with Alma’s provider and payer relationships. Spring Health said the acquisition successfully closed on May 1, 2026 after satisfaction of customary closing conditions and regulatory review.

Bluespring Wealth Partners Acquires Halcyon Wealth Advisors; Halcyon Merges into LifeBridge Financial Group

Bluespring Wealth Partners has acquired Halcyon Wealth Advisors, a Kestra-affiliated RIA overseeing $364 million in AUM, and merged the firm into existing Bluespring portfolio company LifeBridge Financial Group. The deal expands LifeBridge's footprint into the Dallas–Fort Worth market (Halcyon is based in Irving, Texas) and broadens the combined firm's network of advisors across Texas.

The add-on deal, closed September 12, 2024 and announced by Kratos Capital, gives Upchurch an immediate foothold in the Dallas/Fort Worth MSA and expands its MEP service capabilities.

Bluespring Wealth Partners Acquires Shelton Financial Group
