AMS Fulfillment Acquires VOX Fulfillment LLC

AMS Fulfillment, a Fort Point Capital portfolio company, acquired VOX Fulfillment LLC, a third-party logistics and omnichannel fulfillment provider based in Provo, Utah. VOX adds more than 200,000 square feet of warehouse capacity and a Mountain West hub to AMS’s network, extending its geographic reach and expanding fulfillment options for customers.

Stord Acquires Shipwire From CEVA Logistics

Stord has closed its acquisition of Shipwire, a CEVA Logistics subsidiary, in a deal that adds 12 fulfillment locations, expands Stord's presence in the EU and U.K., and brings Shipwire's technology and AI-enabled capabilities into Stord's ecosystem. The transaction (closed Jan. 1) is intended to deepen Stord's software capabilities, accelerate AI initiatives, and strengthen access to CEVA's global logistics network; financial terms were not disclosed.

Stord Acquires Ware2Go from UPS

Stord Acquires ProPack Logistics

The deal expands Stord’s omnichannel fulfillment footprint and capabilities, increasing its total fulfillment capacity and accelerating revenue and volume scale for DTC and B2B customers.

Stord Acquires Cove Logistics

Stord, an Atlanta-based digital warehousing and distribution network, acquired transportation partner Cove Logistics to add freight capabilities and broaden its end-to-end supply chain offering. The deal brings roughly 15 Cove employees into Stord and integrates full truckload, LTL, intermodal and other freight services into Stord’s distribution network and software platform to better serve enterprise and retail customers.

Fort Point Capital Recapitalizes AMS Fulfillment Holdings

Fort Point Capital has completed a recapitalization of AMS Fulfillment Holdings, LLC (also operating as Advantage Media Services), a Valencia, California–based third-party logistics and e-commerce fulfillment provider. The founders retain a large minority stake and will remain in management while Fort Point provides capital and strategic support to accelerate growth.
