Surplus Solutions, a portfolio company of NMS Capital, has expanded internationally through a partnership (add-on acquisition) with FAMECO Group ApS, a Strasbourg-based seller and refurbisher of analytical laboratory and medical equipment. The deal provides Surplus Solutions with an established European footprint, refurbishment capabilities, and inventory to accelerate cross-border growth and build out technical service offerings.
