Statewide Contractors of America, Inc., a subsidiary of Sweeping Corporation of America (SCA), has acquired DMC Sweeping, LLC, a Visalia, California-based provider of power/sweeping services for construction customers. The deal expands SCA's footprint in California (its twelfth CA acquisition since Feb 2021) and will keep Darin Bawks on as operations manager; terms were not disclosed.
