(EPI), the maker of the Alpha‑Stim medical device, with the transaction closing June 30, 2016. EPI, headquartered in Mineral Wells, Texas, manufactures and sells the Alpha‑Stim device worldwide through independent representatives and distributors and markets to the U.S. Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs.
