Bending Spoons has closed its acquisition of Tractive, an Austria-based company focused on pet location-tracking and health-monitoring solutions. The companies entered into a definitive acquisition agreement in March 2026, and Bending Spoons said it will invest to expand Tractive’s health and safety capabilities and develop next-generation devices.
