Trinity Hunt Partners formed the industrial aftermarket MRO platform Steadpoint Industrial Services and acquired Northline Industrial as the foundational investment. Northline provides repair and maintenance services for industrial, mechanical, and robotic equipment to manufacturers and distributors across the United States. Angle Advisors acted as exclusive investment banking advisor to Northline Industrial in the transaction.
