LEIFRAS Co., Ltd. entered into a Stock Transfer Agreement to acquire 100% of Tokai Sports Co., Ltd., which will become a wholly owned subsidiary effective June 1, 2026. The acquisition is intended to strengthen LEIFRAS’ position in Japan’s youth sports school market—particularly in the Nagoya and Owariasahi areas—while accelerating customer lifetime value (LTV) growth through integration and digital systems.

TZP Group Invests in True Lacrosse to Launch True Sports Group
