Truecaller AB Acquires TextPlus Inc for $15 Million

Truecaller AB (publ) entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of US-based communications software company TextPlus Inc for $15.0 million on a cash- and debt-free basis. The deal is intended to expand Truecaller’s footprint in the United States and broaden its communications platform with complementary second-number services and internet-based calling (VoIP).

Proptech Labs Acquires reHeroes

Proptech Labs has acquired reHeroes, an AI-driven property management chatbot and platform, bringing more than 130,000 properties, 415,000 users and 3,200 property managers into Proptech Labs' ecosystem. The acquisition will integrate reHeroes' AI capabilities with Proptech Labs' existing maintenance, inspection and invoicing platforms to expand analytics, automate routine tasks and improve tenant services.

Channel Key Acquires True Hero
