Twin Star Home, a portfolio company of Z Capital Group (ZCG), has acquired Grand Basket, a Denver-based maker of outdoor patio furniture and accessories. The deal (terms undisclosed) expands Twin Star's omnichannel outdoor product offerings and strengthens its private-label and retail partnerships across North America.
