Vanda Acquires Exante Data to Build Expanded Macro Analytics Platform

Vanda has acquired all outstanding capital stock of Exante Data Inc., merging Exante into Vanda to create a combined macro analytics and data platform. Financial terms were not disclosed; financing support was provided by FPE Capital and Santander, and Exante founder Jens Nordvig will become President of the combined company and join the board as Vanda accelerates development of its "Vanda Analytics" product and AI-driven solutions.

Apex Group Acquires Flow (FTS Tech, Inc.)

Apex Group Ltd. has acquired FTS Tech, Inc. (trading as Flow), a private-markets SaaS platform that streamlines fund management, onboarding, and investor engagement. The acquisition (Flow brings ~15 employees and $17bn AUA) integrates Flow's technology into Apex's fund administration and middle-office services to expand digital capabilities and deliver an end-to-end private markets infrastructure.
