The acquisition brings Rewire's state-of-the-art text models and adversarial data generation techniques into ActiveFence's content-detection platform to improve real-time moderation at scale.

Bulldog Factory Automation (Huizenga Group) Acquires Spectrum Automation Company

Huizenga Group Automation’s portfolio company Bulldog Factory Automation has acquired Spectrum Automation Company, a Livonia, Michigan-based designer and manufacturer of parts feeding and material handling systems. The deal brings Spectrum’s 24,600 sq. ft. facility and decades of experience (founded 1969) into the Huizenga automation platform as an add-on to expand capabilities across automotive, medical and food & beverage end markets.

Spectrum Science Acquires SONIC Health

Spectrum Science, an independent health- and science-focused marketing and communications agency, acquired SONIC Health, a strategic storytelling agency founded by Fabio Gratton and Ross Fetterolf. The SONIC team will join Spectrum as the SONIC Story Lab to expand Spectrum’s creative storytelling and content capabilities; financing for the acquisition was provided by Monroe Capital.

Allied Motion Acquires Spectrum Controls, Inc.

Allied Motion Technologies Inc. acquired Spectrum Controls, Inc., a Bellevue, Washington–based designer and manufacturer of industrial I/O modules, displays and communications gateways, for a total purchase price of $70 million (approximately $45 million paid at closing, with $25 million deferred). Spectrum, founded in 1983 with about 72 employees, will expand Allied Motion’s industrial automation product portfolio and engineering capabilities and is expected to be accretive to earnings and gross margin.

Spectral Capital Corporation Acquires 42 Telecom Ltd.

Spectral Capital Corporation (OTC: FCCN) completed the acquisition of 42 Telecom Ltd., acquiring 100% of the outstanding shares in exchange for 8 million shares of Spectral common stock (with an additional 8 million shares placed in escrow). The deal includes a contractual guarantee of at least $16 million in profitable revenue for fiscal 2025 and will integrate Spectral's AI and quantum IP into 42's messaging infrastructure to accelerate product capability and U.S. enterprise expansion.

Cornell Capital Acquires Spectrum Automotive Holdings Corp.

Cornell Capital LLC has acquired Spectrum Automotive Holdings Corp. from Southfield Capital; terms were not disclosed. Spectrum, headquartered in Fairfield, New Jersey, is an agent, marketer and administrator of finance and insurance (F&I) products serving more than 1,400 dealers, OEMs and administrators across the U.S. Southfield Capital had owned Spectrum since 2015 and the management team will remain as significant shareholders alongside Cornell Capital.
