Haemonetics Acquires Attune Medical

The acquisition will expand Haemonetics' electrophysiology and temperature-management capabilities and is expected to close in Haemonetics' fiscal 2025 first quarter.

Hologic Acquires Bolder Surgical for $160 Million

Hologic, Inc. agreed to acquire Bolder Surgical, a Colorado-based developer of advanced energy vessel sealing and dissection devices, for approximately $160 million and has completed the previously announced transaction. The acquisition adds laparoscopic vessel sealing, dividing and dissecting devices (including pediatric-focused 3 mm and 5 mm tools) to Hologic’s Surgical portfolio, enabling capability expansion and broader commercialization into OB/GYN and hospital markets; Bolder was expected to generate about $10 million of product revenue in the calendar year.

Haemonetics Acquires Vivasure Medical

Haemonetics Corporation has acquired Galway-based Vivasure Medical in a transaction valued at up to €185 million, consisting of an upfront €100 million payment plus up to €85 million in contingent milestone payments. The acquisition adds Vivasure's PerQseal Elite fully bioabsorbable vascular closure system to Haemonetics' large-bore closure portfolio; Vivasure has CE Mark approvals and has submitted a PMA to the U.S. FDA.

Hologic Acquires Acessa Health for Approximately $80M

The tuck-in purchase expands Hologic's GYN surgical portfolio and leverages Hologic's commercial infrastructure to accelerate adoption of Acessa's technology.
