Crisp Acquires Atheon Analytics and ClearBox Analytics

Crisp, the Bentonville-based collaborative commerce platform for retail data, has acquired two UK analytics firms — Atheon Analytics (SKUtrak) and ClearBox Analytics (ClearView) — to expand its UK retail coverage and extend capabilities into food service. The acquisitions bring more than 120 UK and multinational customers onto the Crisp platform and enhance SKU-level, ERP and trade-spend data visibility for CPG brands and grocery retailers.

LeanIX Acquires Cleanshelf

LeanIX has acquired Cleanshelf, a San Francisco–based SaaS management platform, to add automated SaaS discovery, spend optimization and license management to its enterprise architecture suite. Cleanshelf CEO Dusan Omercevic will lead product development for SaaS management at LeanIX and the technology will be offered as the new LeanIX SaaS Intelligence module.

The acquisition brings Cantactix’s space-planning software and consulting capabilities into Crisp’s platform to deliver end-to-end shelf and floor space optimization for CPG manufacturers and retailers; terms were not disclosed.

Crisp Acquires Integral Group to Add EDI and Retail Integrations

The deal brings Integral's nearly 40 years of EDI experience and customer relationships into Crisp's platform to combine EDI, point-of-sale, and inventory data for improved supply chain visibility and retailer-supplier collaboration.
