Valsoft Corporation’s wholly owned subsidiary, TAG Software Group, acquired Countfire, a London-based provider of cloud-based takeoff and estimation software for electrical, mechanical, security, lighting, and fire estimators. Countfire will continue to operate autonomously as part of the Valsoft ecosystem, with co-founder Aidan Kane taking on the role of Managing Director.
