Vantedge Medical, a portfolio company of Aterian Investment Partners, has acquired Hobson & Motzer, a Durham, Connecticut-based manufacturer of precision consumable medical devices. The add-on acquisition expands Vantedge's consumables manufacturing capabilities, particularly in progressive stamping, precision electrochemical machining and surgical stapler components, and broadens its customer base and geographic footprint.
