VLS Recovery, a portfolio company of Aurora Capital Partners, acquired the cleaning and repair (marine) division of Tubal-Cain, adding two facilities in Port Arthur, Texas and Lake Charles, Louisiana. The deal expands VLS's offerings into marine and mobile tank cleaning services to better serve petrochemical, refinery and inland tank barge customers along the Gulf Coast; terms were not disclosed.
