Voyager Technologies to Acquire Astrobotic Technology for Up to $300 Million
June 7, 2026
Voyager Technologies signed a definitive agreement to acquire Astrobotic Technology, Inc., the Pittsburgh-based developer of commercial lunar delivery, lunar power (LunaGrid), and reusable rockets. The deal is valued at up to approximately $300 million (including contingent consideration payable in cash and stock) and is expected to close by early July 2026, subject to regulatory approvals. The acquisition is intended to accelerate Voyager’s Artemis-aligned “Moon Base” strategy by creating a full-stack lunar infrastructure platform, integrating Astrobotic capabilities such as the Peregrine and Griffin landers into Voyager’s lunar program.
