Wacona Capital has acquired Mid-Atlantic Power Specialists, Inc. (MAPS), a specialty electrical services provider focused on data center customers in the greater Washington, D.C. / Northern Virginia market. Brightwood Capital partnered with Wacona to provide financing and will have a board representative to support MAPS' next phase of growth; Quantive Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to MAPS.
