Waterland Private Equity Acquires GoGift from Nordisk Film (Egmont)

Waterland Private Equity has entered a strategic partnership to acquire Copenhagen-based GoGift from Nordisk Film (part of Egmont). Waterland will support GoGift’s international acquisitive growth and continued rollout of its Global Gift Card and GoGift Engine while management led by founder Henrik Ravn remains in place.
