Whisper Marine, LLC, the marine division of Whisper USA, LLC, acquired Crownline Boats, an American manufacturer of sport, deck and cruiser boats. The acquisition closed on June 26, 2026, and production will continue at Crownline’s West Frankfort, Illinois facility.
