Garner, North Carolina-based WingSwept has acquired Chantilly, Virginia-based managed IT services provider SolutionWorx, with the deal effective March 31. The acquisition expands WingSwept’s geographic footprint into the D.C. metro area and adds SolutionWorx’s managed services capabilities and client relationships to WingSwept’s platform; terms were not disclosed.
