Woodland Gourmet, a Graham Partners portfolio company, has acquired Sevillo Fine Foods, a Salt Lake City-based maker of chef-inspired ready-to-eat frozen ingredients. Barings led incremental financing to support the add-on acquisition, which expands Woodland's product portfolio and value‑add capabilities across foodservice, retail, and industrial channels.
