TRIG Acquires Fig Power, UK Battery Storage Developer

The Renewables Infrastructure Group (TRIG) has acquired 100% of Fig Power, a Bristol-based developer focused on battery storage with a 1.7GW development pipeline. The transaction secures a proprietary pipeline and development capability for TRIG and involves an expected ~£20m outlay over the next two years to cover upfront consideration and development expenditure.
