The acquisition expands Shaw's engineering, procurement and fabrication (EPF) capabilities—particularly for refining, syngas, hydrogen and renewable fuels—by integrating KPE's 19 years of engineering and project execution expertise.

GIC Leads $135M Growth Investment in Powin LLC

ShawKwei & Partners, an Asian private equity industrial investor, has acquired 100% of ZymeFlow, a Houston-based provider of ecofriendly chemical decontamination products and services for energy and chemical processing facilities. ShawKwei purchased ZymeFlow from investors including controlling shareholder Thompson Street Capital Partners and will partner with ZymeFlow management to expand the company's US and international presence and complement ShawKwei's existing energy transition investments.
