Roku, Inc. Acquires dataxu

Roku, Inc. completed its acquisition of dataxu, a programmatic demand-side platform and ad analytics provider, to accelerate Roku's ad-tech roadmap and expand its buy-side capabilities. The deal (announced Oct. 22, 2019 and later closed) brings dataxu's DSP, device-graph technology and analytics into Roku's advertising platform to better serve advertisers and agencies.
