Daasity Acquires Red Fox Analytics

Daasity, a data and analytics platform for omnichannel consumer brands, has acquired Red Fox Analytics to combine digital and retail data analytics into a single platform. The deal brings Red Fox's retail and distributor data expertise into Daasity's product, with Red Fox founder Chris Mauzé joining Daasity as chief product officer to help integrate retail data sources and scale the combined offering.
