Digital Turbine Acquires Mobile Posse

Digital Turbine entered into a definitive purchase agreement to acquire Mobile Posse, a mobile advertising and content-discovery platform based in Arlington, Virginia, with the deal expected to close in Digital Turbine's fiscal fourth quarter. Mobile Posse generated more than $55 million in revenue and over $10 million in EBITDA in calendar 2019 (unaudited); Digital Turbine said the acquisition complements its Media Hub product and will be accretive to EBITDA while expanding its mobile content delivery and advertising capabilities.
