Visaic, Inc. has acquired Vancouver-based streaming platform company YARE Media, purchasing all outstanding shares to integrate YARE's OTT streaming, analytics and sports-focused deployments into Visaic's content delivery and fan engagement platform. The deal expands Visaic's product capabilities and customer footprint in sports, esports and entertainment, enabling a combined scalable cloud-based content delivery and monetization solution.
