JT IoT Acquires Top Connect

JT IoT, the Jersey-based IoT connectivity business backed by Perwyn, has acquired Top Connect, an Estonia-based MVNO and global roaming provider. The acquisition expands JT IoT's global IoT ecosystem and roaming capabilities, creating a combined business that will serve over 500 enterprise and governmental customers and manage more than 10 million IoT connections.
