Z Squared, Inc. Acquires 100% of Paradox Data, LLC and the Union County Campus

Z Squared, Inc. signed and later closed an agreement to acquire 100% of Paradox Data, LLC (and its Union County Campus development site) from Paradox Infrastructure LLC. The all-stock deal provides an initial $5 million Series A convertible preferred equity payment at closing, with up to an additional $20 million in milestone-based preferred stock tied to achieving AI computing capacity/energization thresholds up to 150 MW.
