Frontenac Majority Recapitalizes RCG Global Services

Chicago-based private equity firm Frontenac completed a majority recapitalization of RCG Global Services, a New Jersey–based digital transformation consultancy. Financial terms were not disclosed; the deal transitions majority ownership from Eos Partners to Frontenac and is intended to accelerate RCG's organic and inorganic growth and expand capabilities in AI, machine learning, analytics and managed services.

Frontgrade Technologies Acquires Aethercomm

Frontgrade Technologies, a portfolio company of Veritas Capital, has completed the acquisition of Aethercomm, a designer and manufacturer of high-power RF solid state power amplifiers and RF switches. Aethercomm will operate as a division rebranded Frontgrade Aethercomm, with founder Todd Thornton and the management team remaining and Thornton serving as General Manager; the deal expands Frontgrade's RF and antenna capabilities for aerospace and defense customers.

Athagoras Acquires Quantify Research

Atos Acquires Eagle Creek Software Services

The deal will strengthen Atos' Salesforce and CRM capabilities and expand its digital services footprint in North America; Eagle Creek is headquartered in Minnesota and has more than 250 employees serving customers in healthcare, financial services and communications.
