Frontgrade Technologies has acquired IDSI, LLC, the Defense Solutions division of Crescend Technologies, to expand its high-power RF amplifier and amplifier-based subsystem capabilities for aerospace and defense customers. The York, Pennsylvania–based division strengthens Frontgrade's product portfolio across RF frequency bands and supports Department of Defense tactical missions such as electronic warfare and tactical data link.

TTM Technologies Acquires Telephonics Corporation from Griffon

TTM Technologies completed the acquisition of Telephonics Corporation from Griffon Corporation for $330 million in cash (subject to post-closing adjustments). The deal transfers Griffon’s long‑time avionics and RF business to TTM to expand its aerospace and defense capabilities; Lazard advised Griffon and J.P. Morgan advised TTM on the transaction.

OceanSound Partners Acquires Antenna Research Associates

OceanSound Partners completed the acquisition of Antenna Research Associates, Inc. (ARA), a Laurel, Maryland-based designer and manufacturer of antennas and RF systems for aerospace and defense markets. Gladstone Capital Corporation exited its equity investment and prepaid its debt; financial terms were not disclosed. ARA's management will remain in operational roles and as investors while OceanSound aims to accelerate growth, expand RF capabilities, and pursue complementary acquisitions.
