TrueCar Acquires 20% Stake in Accu-Trade

The investment integrates Accu-Trade’s real-time, mobile-first valuation and guaranteed offer capabilities into TrueCar’s dealer and consumer-facing workflows to expand vehicle trade-in transparency and dealer acquisition efficiency.
