Environmental Services Acquisitions in Idaho

Mariani Premier Group has acquired MD Nursery & Landscaping, a Driggs, Idaho-based high-end residential landscape and nursery business. The deal expands Mariani’s national network into eastern Idaho and the Jackson Hole, Wyoming market and adds landscape construction, irrigation, maintenance, and retail nursery capabilities to its platform.

True Environmental, a Halle Capital‑backed environmental services platform led by Jim Stamatis, has acquired Sundance Consulting, Inc., a Pocatello, Idaho‑based environmental consulting firm of more than 70 professionals. The partnership (formed March 5, 2024) brings Sundance into True’s platform to accelerate growth, expand service capabilities in federal and commercial environmental markets, and facilitate an ownership transition for Sundance’s founder and employee‑owners.

West Edge Partners formed the INTACT Property Restoration platform and acquired regional restoration companies Flood Response (Thousand Palms, CA) and Valley Maintenance and Restoration (Hailey, ID). Valley Maintenance and Restoration’s sale to INTACT closed in June 2023; terms were not disclosed. The transactions expand INTACT’s footprint across the Western U.S. and create a platform for scale, knowledge sharing and best-practice implementation.

HighGround Restoration Group, a Trivest portfolio company, has acquired Allklean, a Post Falls, Idaho-based provider of water damage restoration and carpet cleaning services serving Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. The acquisition expands HighGround's family of restoration brands into the Pacific Northwest while preserving Allklean's brand and supporting growth through national scale and invested capital.

BrightView Holdings, Inc. acquired Syringa Landscape, LLC, a Boise-based commercial landscaping company, to strengthen its maintenance and development operations in and around the Boise market. Terms were not disclosed; Syringa's owners Rick Prescott and Ken Kope welcomed the transaction as an opportunity to expand relationships and projects under BrightView's platform.

Republic Services agreed to acquire all outstanding shares of US Ecology for $48 per share (approximately $2.2 billion including net debt) to expand its environmental solutions capabilities and national footprint. The deal provides Republic with vertically integrated hazardous and specialty waste treatment, disposal and field-service assets, and is expected to be immediately accretive with roughly $40 million of cost synergies over three years.

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS), a Cerberus-backed facilities services platform, has acquired Clearview Cleaning Service, a Boise-based commercial cleaning provider operating across Idaho, Washington and Oregon. Clearview Cleaning — founded in 1995 and employing approximately 500 people — expands KBS's regional footprint and capabilities in healthcare, education and government facility services.
