Environmental Services Acquisitions in Oregon

Mariani Premier Group has acquired Landscape East & West, a Portland-based high-end residential landscaping firm. The acquisition marks Mariani's first expansion into the Pacific Northwest and expands the group's design/build, maintenance, and water-management capabilities across its national residential landscape platform.

Trinity Consultants has acquired Bridgewater Group Inc., a Portland-based environmental consulting firm, and will integrate the business into Trinity's environmental consulting practice. The deal expands Trinity's presence and technical capabilities in the Pacific Northwest, combining Bridgewater's permitting, compliance, site characterization and remediation expertise with Trinity's broader environmental services.

SDR Ventures served as exclusive sell‑side advisor to Willy Make It, Inc., an Oregon‑based portable restroom rental and site sanitation services provider founded in 1997, in its sale to a private investor. The transaction enables founders Tom and Annette Richmond to transition ownership while positioning the business for continued regional growth.

Senske Services (Senske Lawn & Tree Care Inc.) has acquired Barnes Quality Pest Control of Bend, Oregon as owner Corey Thompson retires. The acquisition expands Senske’s residential and commercial pest control footprint into Oregon and preserves service continuity and employee opportunities for Barnes’ customers and staff.

Environmental Science Associates (ESA) has merged Sitka Technology Group into its operations, integrating the 36-person Portland-based technology and data-management firm into a new Technology Services practice. The acquisition expands ESA's capabilities in data management, visualization, and technology-enabled services to better serve government, infrastructure, and conservation clients across the United States.

Patriot Environmental Services acquired a centralized wastewater treatment facility in Portland, Oregon from PPV, Inc. The asset purchase gives Patriot a foothold in the Pacific Northwest and expands its environmental services footprint; CriticalPoint served as advisor to Patriot on the transaction.

The Cadmus Group has merged with Quantec, LLC, an analytics consultancy based in Portland, Oregon, to strengthen Cadmus' energy services capabilities. Quantec's founder M. Sami Khawaja will become vice president of Cadmus' new energy services group and join the firm's board; the combined company will operate under the Cadmus name with retained Quantec offices and a technical staff of more than 200 across over 10 U.S. offices.
