Nexus IT, in partnership with Diatonic Healthcare and backed by a $60 million growth facility from Metropolitan Partners Group, has acquired BluePeak Technology Solutions, a managed IT services provider based in Reno, Nevada. The add-on expands Nexus IT’s national MSP/MSSP platform, strengthening its presence and capabilities in the Western U.S. and in regulated end markets such as healthcare and finance.
The Visualize Group agreed to acquire BMM Testlabs, a leading testing, inspection, compliance, and certification (TICC) services provider for the global regulated gaming industry. The deal received regulatory approvals and was completed, with BMM CEO Martin Storm retaining a significant stake and continuing to lead the business.
Arctiq has acquired Summit Partners, an IT consulting and value‑added reseller headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. The deal expands Arctiq’s presence across the U.S. West and bolsters its capabilities in managed security, data & AI, IT modernization, and hybrid cloud services.
Everi stockholders voted to approve the pending simultaneous all-cash acquisition of Everi and the Gaming & Digital business of International Game Technology (IGT) by a newly formed holding company owned by funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management (Apollo Funds). Everi shareholders will receive $14.25 per share in cash, and the transaction is expected to close by the end of the third quarter of 2025, subject to closing conditions.
The Timken Company has completed its previously announced acquisition of CGI, Inc., a Nevada-based manufacturer of precision drive systems with a concentration in medical robotics. The acquisition expands Timken’s motion-control platform and complements its existing Cone Drive and Spinea offerings.
UPSTACK has acquired Sidepath Global Inc., a Henderson, Nevada-based telecom solutions provider, and entered a strategic partnership with Sidepath Inc., the company's Laguna Hills, California-based VAR. The deal brings Sidepath Global's subscription-based data center, UCaaS/CCaaS, connectivity and cloud services business (serving ~150 customers) into UPSTACK; founders Jim Andronaco and Patrick Mulvee will remain involved with the VAR business while Andronaco joins UPSTACK as a Partner and Managing Director. Terms were not disclosed.
Net at Work, a full-service technology and business consultancy, has acquired Innovation ERP, a Sage X3 and Sage 300-focused ERP consulting firm. The deal expands Net at Work's Sage ERP capabilities and brings Innovation ERP's team and clients into Net at Work's broader portfolio of ERP, CRM, managed IT and cloud hosting services.
Tower Arch Capital has completed a recapitalization investment in Intelligent Technical Solutions (ITS), a Las Vegas–based managed IT services provider. The deal—financed by Deerpath Capital and advised by FOCUS Investment Banking for ITS—will support ITS's geographic expansion, capability enhancements, and future add-on acquisitions while retaining the founding management team.
Elys Game Technology entered into a definitive purchase agreement to acquire 100% of Bookmakers Company US LLC, doing business as U.S. Bookmaking (USB). The deal calls for $12 million paid at closing (50% cash/50% Elys stock) plus an earnout of up to $38 million plus a potential 10% premium, based on EBITDA milestones over the next four years.
ConvergeOne has acquired Altivon, a Nevada-based contact center solutions provider, to broaden its collaboration and customer experience offerings. The deal integrates Altivon’s Genesys-focused contact center design, deployment and support capabilities into ConvergeOne’s portfolio and expands ConvergeOne’s collaboration footprint across North America.
Executech, a leading managed IT services provider, has acquired Pact-One, a full-service IT firm specializing in dental IT solutions across Las Vegas, San Diego, Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area. Pact-One will continue to operate independently with CEO Dan Edwards and the existing staff retained, while gaining Executech's broader technical resources, cybersecurity and cloud capabilities.
