IT Services Acquisitions in Vermont

Blue Mantis has acquired three Vermont-based IT and networking firms — TELigence Partners, Brevin Systems and Calkins Networks — bringing nearly 200 new customers into its portfolio. The deal expands Blue Mantis' carrier, network and managed-services capabilities across the Northeastern U.S., strengthening its offering for mid-market clients in industries such as healthcare and higher education.

VC3, a Columbia, South Carolina-based managed IT and cybersecurity services provider, has acquired DominionTech, an IT services provider serving Vermont and New Hampshire. The acquisition expands VC3's presence in New England and adds DominionTech's expertise in fully managed and co-managed IT services, disaster recovery/business continuity, and cybersecurity to VC3's platform.

Xerox Holdings Corporation acquired Competitive Computing (C2), a New England–based IT services provider, to expand Xerox’s IT services capabilities and grow its presence serving small and medium-sized businesses. C2, which serves clients across Vermont, New England and nationally, will join Xerox IT Services to accelerate growth in managed services, cloud and IT transformation offerings.

SharedLabs, Inc. has acquired iTech US, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary SmartWorks, LLC from iTech's shareholders, with iTech founder Kishore Khandavalli moving to a board-level role at SharedLabs. The acquisition expands SharedLabs' IT consulting, software services and staff-augmentation capabilities and adds iTech's expertise across the full IT lifecycle.
