KRAFTON has acquired 100% of Eleventh Hour Games, the developer of action RPG Last Epoch, for an initial consideration of USD 96 million. The deal secures the Last Epoch IP and gives Eleventh Hour access to KRAFTON’s resources to scale development (including console ports), expand seasonal content, and support the studio’s live-service roadmap while preserving its creative leadership.
