Acquisitions in Delaware in 2020

Artlist has acquired Motion Array, a subscription-based digital asset marketplace for video creators, for $65 million. The acquisition expands Artlist’s catalog and video-focused technology — adding Motion Array’s templates, presets, plugins and collaboration tools and a team of ~50 employees to strengthen Artlist’s position as a one-stop creative stock solution.

Harvest Partners, LP and The Miner Corporation have acquired Warehouse Technology, Inc., a New Castle, Delaware-based distributor and servicer of loading dock systems, commercial overhead doors, and material handling equipment. The acquisition—announced by advisor Woodbridge International—adds Warehouse Technology's distribution and service capabilities to The Miner Corporation/OnPoint Group platform and expands Harvest Partners' portfolio in material handling and facility services.

TPT Global Tech, Inc. acquired a 75% majority stake in Bridge Internet, LLC in exchange for 8 million shares of TPTW common stock. Bridge Internet founder and CEO Trip Camper retained a 25% interest and will remain as CEO; the acquisition expands TPT's rural wireless internet and joint-venture offerings across the United States.

Digital experience agency Bounteous has acquired Wilmington-based The Archer Group to deepen its digital strategy, experience design, usability research, technology, and media capabilities. The acquisition expands Bounteous’ talent and service offerings and strengthens its presence in Wilmington while integrating Archer leadership into Bounteous’ executive team.

New Mountain Capital has acquired ILC Dover from Behrman Capital; financial terms were not disclosed. ILC Dover, founded in 1947, is a designer and manufacturer of engineered flexible-material solutions serving biopharma, aerospace, personal safety and industrial markets with more than 700 employees across six global facilities.

LabX Media Group has acquired Drug Discovery News (DDNews) from Old River Publications, adding the specialty life-sciences news brand to its portfolio. The deal expands LabX's editorial and e-media capabilities in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology markets and positions DDNews to operate under LabX leadership with Mario Di Ubaldi leading integration efforts.
