G&A Partners has acquired Ethan Allen HR Services, an IRS-certified Professional Employer Organization (CPEO) headquartered in Poughkeepsie, New York, to expand its footprint in the Hudson Valley and broader Northeast. The deal brings Ethan Allen's client service team and benefits relationships into G&A's national platform, adding Anthem group medical plans and expanded HR technology and services for small- and mid-sized businesses.

Array Corporation has acquired Onaroll, a goals-and-rewards platform that helps employers recognize and financially reward frontline employees. The acquisition integrates Onaroll’s recognition and performance engine into Array’s workforce solutions platform to enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity across Array’s customer base.

ZRG, the global talent advisory firm backed by RFE Investment Partners, has acquired boutique executive search firm NextCap Search to deepen its financial services and investment banking recruiting capabilities. NextCap founders Jill Feldman and Tom Labadie will join ZRG and co-lead investment banking search efforts, enabling ZRG to offer expanded sector depth and broader global reach across executive search, interim solutions, and advisory services.

TalentoHC has acquired The PeterSan Group (PeterSan Legal Staffing), combining TalentoHC's customer-experience-driven human capital services with The PeterSan Group's legal recruiting expertise. Hunt Scanlon Ventures served as strategic advisor to both companies on the transaction, which TalentoHC expects will expand its legal recruiting capabilities and create a new growth lane for the business.

CareerBuilder LLC has completed the acquisition/combination of Monster Worldwide from Randstad N.V., creating a combined job-board business referred to as CareerBuilder + Monster. CareerBuilder is majority-owned by funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management; the transaction is intended to consolidate scale and capabilities across both brands and better serve employers and job seekers.

Zirtual, a provider of virtual assistant services owned by PennSpring Capital, has acquired Double, an AI-powered executive assistant provider. The acquisition adds Double's experienced, college-educated executive assistants and its AI-driven matching and delegation software to Zirtual's platform as an add-on to the company's 2024 M&A activity.

Eastward Partners, a New York-based executive search and human capital consultancy, has acquired Press & Associates, a boutique executive search firm focused on sourcing technology leadership for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. The acquisition broadens Eastward's human capital research and tech-talent capabilities and integrates Press & Associates' PE-focused search expertise into Eastward's platform.

Vienna Parent Corporation (an SPV formed by Justin Christian) and its purchaser Vienna Acquisition Corporation completed a cash tender offer to acquire all outstanding shares of TSR, Inc. (NASDAQ:TSRI), taking the IT staffing firm private for $13.40 per share. The acquisition, by an affiliate of BCforward, expands BCforward’s workforce management and IT staffing capabilities and will result in TSR ceasing trading on the Nasdaq.

Chime has acquired Salt Labs, an enterprise employee rewards and incentives platform founded in 2022, and will integrate the Salt team and products into a new business unit, Chime Enterprise. The acquisition gives Chime direct access to Salt Labs’ employer relationships across transportation, hospitality, call centers and other frontline-facing industries to accelerate primary account growth and expand Chime’s employer channel capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.

Keystone Partners, a Silver Oak Services Partners portfolio company, has acquired The Ayers Group, a New York–headquartered leader in executive coaching, leadership development and outplacement services, from Kelly Services, Inc. The acquisition expands Keystone's capabilities and presence in the New York metropolitan area and strengthens its career management and leadership development offerings.

HW Staffing Solutions has acquired Top Prospect Group, a White Plains, New York-based professional services and IT staffing firm, and will operate it as a new division under the HW Staffing umbrella. The deal expands HW Staffing's service offerings into professional services areas including Accounting, Tax & Finance, HR & Operations, Engineering and Executive Search, with Top Prospect Group leadership remaining in place.

MidOcean Partners has made a significant investment to acquire The Re-Sourcing Group from McNally Capital, providing capital and resources to accelerate the company's growth and expand its solutions and geographic footprint. Re-Sourcing is a professional services and staffing platform specializing in finance & accounting, legal & compliance, and IT, operating multiple branded businesses with more than 200 employees across roughly 19–20 offices.

Noor Staffing Group has acquired Star Hospitality Group, a New York-based provider of hospitality and food & beverage staffing services. The deal expands Noor's hospitality vertical and provides StarHG with resources and Noor's national footprint to pursue geographic growth and new client opportunities.

True, a global talent management platform, has acquired Jopwell, a career advancement and diversity hiring platform serving Black, Latinx and Native American students and early-to-mid-career professionals. Jopwell will operate as a business unit within the True platform under co-founders Ryan Williams and Porter Braswell, bringing Jopwell's ~130,000 community members into True's suite of talent products to expand True's diversity, equity and inclusion capabilities.

Alera Group, a national insurance and wealth services firm, has acquired PEO Spectrum, a PEO comparison and HR-advisory specialist. The acquisition will expand Alera’s HR and PEO advisory capabilities and allow PEO Spectrum to leverage Alera’s national insurance platform; terms were not disclosed.

WorkGenius Group has acquired Agency Worx, a women-owned strategic staffing and workforce solutions provider headquartered in New York City. The deal—announced by Riveria Investment Group—adds contingent workforce, temporary-to-perm and payroll services to WorkGenius’s freelance and temporary worker recruitment platform as an add-on to its capabilities.

Oxford Global Resources, a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, has acquired Hale International, a specialist Workday staffing firm. The acquisition expands Oxford's IT staffing capabilities into the Workday ecosystem; Hale's founder Matthew Cox and the Hale team will join Oxford and continue to lead the Workday-focused division as Oxford's first add-on since H.I.G. acquired the company.

Korn Ferry has acquired Infinity Consulting Solutions (ICS), a New York–based IT staffing and interim professional placement firm. The deal expands Korn Ferry's interim professional solutions and IT staffing capabilities, integrating ICS's senior-level talent network and data-driven recruitment processes into Korn Ferry's global organizational consulting platform.

Harver has completed the acquisition of pymetrics to integrate pymetrics' behavioral-based AI soft-skills assessments into Harver’s hiring platform. The deal expands Harver’s talent decisioning capabilities across the employee lifecycle by combining complementary assessment, I/O psychology and cognitive-science-based technologies to deliver more predictive and unbiased hiring and talent-management solutions.

Riveria Investment Group–backed JBC Holdings has merged with WorkGenius, an end-to-end freelance hiring and management platform. The combination brings WorkGenius’s vetted freelance marketplace and talent-management technology into JBC’s family of human-capital services, expanding JBC’s digital capabilities and service offering to employers.

HireQuest, Inc. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Northbound Executive Search, a New York-based executive placement and short-term consultant firm founded in 2010 that generated over $15 million of revenue in 2021. HireQuest will fund the deal with cash on hand, a modest draw on its line of credit, $500,000 in HireQuest stock and a seller's note portion payable over three years; Northbound founders Rachel and Greg Feder will remain to lead the business.

PayDay Employer Solutions, a Bellmawr, New Jersey-based payroll and employer services provider, has acquired StarPay Payroll & HR Solutions of Long Island (Melville/Plainview, New York). The seller will retain StarPay's local service team and owner Cheryl Frankel in a client-facing role, and the deal expands PayDay's client roster to more than 3,000 companies while preserving StarPay's existing software and reporting.

Chicago-based private equity firm GTCR has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Cisive, a provider of compliance-driven background screening and workforce monitoring solutions. GTCR will partner with Cisive's CEO Jim Owens and management to accelerate growth through organic initiatives and add-on M&A while investing in product expansion and service capabilities.

Patreon has acquired Clear Talent, a tech recruiting firm, to rapidly expand its talent acquisition capabilities and immediately add nearly 40 technical recruiters, sourcers, and HR professionals to Patreon's team. The move is intended to accelerate hiring for engineering, product, and design roles as Patreon scales its platform and feature roadmap.

Mill Rock Capital, in partnership with Intermediate Capital Group (ICG), has made a significant investment in The Execu|Search Group (TESG), a New York–based recruitment and workforce solutions firm. The investment, which involved the exit of New Heritage Capital, will support TESG's growth, geographic expansion and enhancement of service capabilities; founder Ed Fleischman retains a meaningful minority stake and management remains involved.

(Nasdaq: TSRI), a provider of IT consulting and recruiting services, has acquired Geneva Consulting Group, Inc., a Port Washington, New York-based provider of temporary and permanent IT personnel. TSR said the acquisition supports its strategy to accelerate growth and expand its staffing capabilities to better serve clients and consultants.

Uncubed, a New York–based digital talent attraction and engagement platform, has acquired Finalist, a New York–headquartered candidate experience platform and pre-vetted candidate marketplace. Uncubed plans to integrate Finalist's AI-driven matching technology into its outplacement and digital campus recruiting solutions to expand capabilities and accelerate matching of pre-vetted talent to hiring companies.

McNally Capital made a platform investment in Re-Sourcing Holdings, a New York-based provider of strategic staffing, consulting and direct-hire solutions operating six brands across 15 offices. The capital will support Re-Sourcing’s organic growth and a program of add-on acquisitions; industry executive Jeff Bowling participated as a co-investor and due-diligence partner.

Addison Group has acquired Mondo, a national provider of technical and digital marketing staffing, from RLH Equity Partners. The deal expands Addison’s professional services and technical staffing capabilities, adding Mondo’s expertise in digital, CRM, business intelligence and IT talent to Addison’s portfolio.
