Find and contact live deals

For Buyers · Buyer account with a published mandate. Deal details and outreach depend on your account and the deal.

Review deals that fit your mandate, compare the opportunities, and contact the seller when outreach is available.

Starter prompt

Copy this into your AI agent once PrivSource is connected, and fill in the brackets.

Prompt

Using PrivSource, list my mandates and help me choose one to review. Show its strongest deal matches with revenue, EBITDA, and location. Pull available details on the most promising ones and tell me which are open to outreach. Don't send any messages until I approve a draft.

Steps

  1. 1

    Review mandate matches

Choose a published mandate. Claude lists the deals matched to it and explains how each fits your criteria.

  2. 2

    Pull full deal detail

Claude fetches the full picture for any deal — description, financials, growth opportunities, documents, and how the deal matched your published mandates.

    Compare and shortlist

Compare deals against your acquisition criteria. Claude saves the ones you pick to your Pipeline, the same as Save in the dashboard. MCP saves need a mandate match. For other deals, select Save in the PrivSource dashboard before contacting the advisor.

  4. 4

    Contact the seller

When a deal is contactable, Claude drafts an outreach message for your approval and sends it to the seller. A saved deal then moves to Waiting on seller in your Pipeline.

    Keep your Pipeline current

Claude lists your saved deals by stage, from Action needed to Closed, and moves a deal when you say what happened. If a sourced deal has no reply after five business days, Claude can ask PrivSource to follow up for you.
