    Start from what the seller has

    Claude reads the teaser or description, extracts the deal details, and confirms them with you before anything is submitted. Only a name, description, and deal type are required — but revenue, EBITDA, industry, and location drive buyer filtering and mandate matching, so completeness pays.

    Choose automatic sharing

    Read the firm default before submitting. Set auto_share_with_new_matches to true or false on the submission to override it. True shares after approval with matching mandate buyers. False leaves sharing manual. Changing the firm default affects only new deals.

    Submit for review

    Claude submits the deal to the PrivSource review queue. Location and industry snap to the PrivSource taxonomy, so submissions stay consistent with how buyers search.

    Track the review

    Submissions are reviewed by the PrivSource team, typically within 48 hours. Find previous submissions or check status with the id returned at submission.

    Edit or delete a pending submission

    Update only the fields that need changes. Approval processing locks edits. For deletion, open the returned dashboard link and confirm there.

    Go live

    Once approved, the pending deal points at the live deal. From there, buyer-mandate matches accrue and the matched-buyers workflow takes over.

    Manage the seller deal

    Edit deal details, archive a deal, or restore an archived deal. Use list_seller_deals to find the deal you want to manage.
