Databricks announced it has acquired Quotient AI, a startup focused on evaluation and reinforcement learning technologies for AI agents. Quotient analyzes full production agent traces to detect issues and turn them into structured datasets and reward signals, which Databricks plans to integrate across its platform to enable continuous evaluation and learning.
Georgian led a $400 million Series D investment in Replit, valuing the AI-powered development platform at $9 billion. The follow-on financing supports Replit’s continued investment in its agent-driven software creation capabilities, including deeper enterprise integrations and product development.
Databricks announced its intent to acquire Neon, a serverless PostgreSQL company.
