Construction Add-on Acquisitions in 2026

Kian Capital-backed Diamond Landscaping has acquired Christensen Landscape Services, a high-end residential landscaping firm based in Northford, Connecticut. The transaction is an add-on to Diamond Landscaping’s platform and expands the company’s Northeast footprint while adding in-house design and hardscape capabilities.

The Vasco Group, a sports-surfacing platform majority owned by Monogram Capital Partners with support from Halmos Capital Partners, has acquired Schubert Tennis, a Cincinnati-based provider of asphalt and clay tennis, pickleball, and multi-sport court construction, resurfacing, and maintenance. The add-on expands Vasco's clay-court capabilities and Midwest footprint while adding more predictable recurring maintenance revenue and retaining Schubert's owner-operators in place.

Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration, a Bertram Capital-backed roofing platform, has acquired Bold North Roofing and Contracting, a roofing and exterior services provider serving the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin. The add-on expands Ridgeline's Midwest footprint; founders Erik McLaughlin and Ryan Emmerich will continue to lead Bold North and are reinvesting in the platform. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Perimeter Solutions Group (PSG), a portfolio company of Bertram Capital, has acquired Southern California-based Econo Fence. The add-on expands PSG’s perimeter-protection platform into California, enhancing local fencing, gate fabrication and automation capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.

TrussPoint Roofing & Exterior Renovations, a residential exteriors platform backed by Soundcore Capital Partners, has acquired Eaton Roofing & Exteriors to expand its Midwest footprint and deepen operations in Kansas. Eaton — founded in the early 1990s and operating multiple locations across Kansas — provides residential roofing, siding, windows & doors, and gutter services; financial terms were not disclosed.

Valor Exterior Partners, a Cincinnati-based exterior home services platform backed by Osceola Capital, has acquired Landmark Exteriors, a Norwalk, Connecticut provider of roofing, siding and related residential exterior services. The add-on expands Valor's footprint into Connecticut and New York, enhances its high-end roofing and siding capabilities (including Landmark's Cedar Life division), and creates cross-selling and cash-flow opportunities across the Valor platform.

Huron Capital’s portfolio company Rampart Exterior Services has acquired Colorado Moisture Control, a Denver/Commerce City-based commercial roofing and waterproofing contractor founded in 1982. The add-on expands Rampart’s geographic footprint in Colorado and strengthens its commercial roofing and exterior restoration capabilities serving education, healthcare and industrial customers.

O'Hara's Son Roofing (an Angeles Equity Partners portfolio company) acquired CP Rankin, a Chalfont, Pennsylvania-based commercial roofing services provider. The add-on expands OSR's presence across the Eastern U.S., complementing its service offering with CP Rankin's seven-location footprint and customer relationships.

Fenceworks, a Gemspring Capital portfolio company, has acquired Accurate Fence, a Lawrenceville, Georgia-based provider of permanent fencing installation services. The acquisition expands Fenceworks' footprint into the Atlanta metropolitan area and supports the platform's growth strategy in the Southeast; terms were not disclosed.

Thompson Safety, a Houston-based provider of fire protection and workplace safety services, has acquired Pennsylvania-based Metropolitan Fire Protection to expand its fire sprinkler and standpipe capabilities in the Philadelphia market. The deal strengthens Thompson's ability to serve commercial and industrial multi-site customers in Pennsylvania and creates cross-sell opportunities across its safety and first-aid service lines.

Core Roofing Systems, a Shoreline Equity Partners-backed commercial roofing platform, completed the acquisition of Norman Enterprises, Inc. (doing business as Norman Roofing), integrating the Meridian, Mississippi-based commercial roofing business into Core's platform. The deal expands Core's footprint into the Gulf Coast (Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana); Norman's owner and CEO, Tyler Norman, reinvested a material portion of proceeds and will continue to lead the regional business.
