Wealthbox, a CRM SaaS provider for financial advisors, secured a $200 million investment from Sixth Street Growth in a recapitalization. Frontier Growth rolled over a substantial portion of its equity as part of the transaction to support Wealthbox's product development, scaling of operations, and expansion across the wealth management market.

American Securities has acquired NWN Carousel from New State Capital Partners in an undisclosed transaction. The private equity firm will back NWN Carousel’s expansion of its Experience Management Platform (EMP) and AI-enabled hybrid workplace and cloud communications services as the company pursues accelerated growth and additional M&A; NWN Carousel has grown to over $900 million in revenue and roughly 1,100 employees.

Iodine Software, a healthcare AI and revenue-cycle solutions provider based in Austin, Texas, has acquired ChartWise Medical Systems, a Wakefield, Rhode Island-based clinical documentation improvement (CDI) SaaS company. The acquisition combines ChartWise’s Best in KLAS CDI workflow with Iodine’s clinical AI capabilities to expand Iodine’s clinical predictions and CDI offerings across hospitals, health systems and outpatient settings.

TrueCommerce, a portfolio company of Accel‑KKR, has acquired B2BGateway, a global provider of managed cloud EDI and API data connectivity. The deal expands TrueCommerce’s connectivity and unified commerce capabilities and broadens its global footprint, particularly serving small and mid-sized businesses.
