Lime Rock New Energy, the prior investor from 2021, has fully realized its investment; EPE management will remain significant investors and continue to lead the company. Advisory firms on the transaction were AEC Advisors for EPE and Houlihan Lokey for Berkshire.

WSP Global Acquires Power Engineers (POWER)

WSP Global Inc. has agreed to acquire Power Engineers, Incorporated (POWER) for US$1,780 million, a deal that strengthens WSP's Power & Energy capabilities and accelerates its participation in the energy transition. POWER, an employee-owned U.S. engineering and environmental consulting firm based in Hailey, Idaho, has ~4,000 employees and 50 offices across North America; the acquisition is expected to deliver cost synergies and cross-selling opportunities.
